Goddess Nemesi does not like dealing with inconsiderate fools. That is what she felt that this guy was. So she did what she does best and she tortured him in a way he had never been before. The mistress whipped the shit out of him and watched as he cried. His pleas for mercy fell on deaf ears as she ignored him and continued to whip him so that he would never be inconsiderate again.
Goddess Nemesis had an issue with her slave and she wanted to whip him and send a message that he had never felt before. She felt that if she did not do it, he would never learn and that is why she was interested in punishing him as painfully as she was able to. So she used her whip to torture him and she did it on his bare ass.
Goddess Nemesis wanted her money back. She felt that this guy was not doing the things he was supposed to do and that pissed her off. The mistress used her whip to dominate the guy and teach him a lesson no one had ever taught him before. The mistress had a great time torturing the guy with her whips after she had tied him up and he had stripped naked.
