This guy was an image and identity assassin who had been hired to spread negative media image and propaganda about these mistresses' company. They could not recover from that blow so they had to make sure they stopped it dead in its tracks. The mistresses hunted down the guy and they whipped him painfully while he was naked and they got a hold of all of his materials before he released them and they warned him never to do that again.
